1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and businesses.
Consumers are individuals who enter into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activities.
Businesses are individuals or legal entities that act in the scope of their commercial or professional activities when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contractual Partner and Conclusion of Contract
By placing products in the online shop, we provide a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may place products in your cart without obligation and edit your information at any time before submitting your order. The contract is concluded once you click the order button to accept the offer for the items in your shopping cart.
3. Print-on-Demand Products
All products are manufactured and shipped using the Print-on-Demand service provided by Printify. Each item is custom-made upon order and not pre-produced or held in stock.
Therefore:
- Returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
- However, if a product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, Printify offers a free replacement or a full refund.
- In such cases, the issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery using the “Submit Issue” form.
- A clear photo showing the issue must be provided.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices shown include applicable taxes (where required) and exclude shipping costs. Any shipping charges will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
5. Delivery
Shipping is fulfilled globally by our production partner Printify. Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination and will be displayed during the checkout process.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.
6. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
- Credit/debit card
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (depending on your device and region)
- Other methods as offered by our payment provider
Payment is made directly during the ordering process.
7. Retention of Title
Products remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Since all products are custom-made on demand, the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with consumer protection laws concerning personalized goods.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission offers a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final Provisions
If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected.

1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Bestellungen, die über unseren Online-Shop durch Verbraucher und Unternehmer getätigt werden.
Verbraucher ist jede natürliche Person, die ein Rechtsgeschäft zu Zwecken abschließt, die überwiegend weder ihrer gewerblichen noch ihrer selbstständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit zugerechnet werden können.
Unternehmer ist eine natürliche oder juristische Person oder eine rechtsfähige Personengesellschaft, die bei Abschluss eines Rechtsgeschäfts in Ausübung ihrer gewerblichen oder selbstständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit handelt.
2. Vertragspartner, Vertragsschluss
Mit Einstellung der Produkte in den Online-Shop geben wir ein verbindliches Angebot zum Vertragsschluss über diese Artikel ab. Sie können unsere Produkte zunächst unverbindlich in den Warenkorb legen und Ihre Eingaben vor Absenden Ihrer verbindlichen Bestellung jederzeit korrigieren. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, indem Sie durch Anklicken des Bestellbuttons das Angebot über die im Warenkorb enthaltenen Waren annehmen.
3. Print-on-Demand-Produkte
Alle Produkte werden individuell nach Bestellung im Print-on-Demand-Verfahren durch unseren Produktionspartner Printify hergestellt und versendet.
Daher gilt:
- Rücksendungen oder Umtausch sind nicht möglich, wenn z. B. eine falsche Größe, Farbe oder ein anderes Design gewählt wurde oder der Kunde seine Meinung ändert.
- Sollte ein Produkt jedoch beschädigt oder fehlerhaft sein, bietet Printify einen kostenlosen Neudruck oder eine Rückerstattung an.
- Der Mangel muss innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Lieferung über das „Problem melden“-Formular gemeldet werden.
- Es ist ein deutliches Foto des Defekts erforderlich.

4. Preise und Versandkosten
Alle Preise verstehen sich inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer (sofern anwendbar) und zzgl. etwaiger Versandkosten. Die Versandkosten werden im Bestellprozess klar ausgewiesen.
5. Lieferung
Die Lieferung erfolgt weltweit (sofern nicht anders angegeben) durch unseren Produktionspartner Printify. Die Lieferzeiten variieren je nach Produkt und Zielort und werden beim Bestellvorgang angezeigt.
6. Zahlung
In unserem Shop stehen Ihnen die folgenden Zahlungsarten zur Verfügung:
- Kreditkarte
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (je nach Anbieter)
- Weitere Methoden, die durch den Zahlungsanbieter bereitgestellt werden
Die Zahlung erfolgt direkt im Rahmen des Bestellprozesses.
7. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.
8. Widerrufsrecht
Da es sich um individuell angefertigte Print-on-Demand-Produkte handelt, besteht kein Widerrufsrecht gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.
9. Streitbeilegung
Die Europäische Kommission stellt eine Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung (OS) bereit:

Wir sind nicht verpflichtet und nicht bereit, an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.
10. Schlussbestimmungen
Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser AGB ganz oder teilweise unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.
